Rockwood Barbell Powerlifting

We know not every one is lucky enough to have access to a great team of coaches and training partners. That is why we are launching our new Powerlifting Team Program.

Your program will be designed by Coach Derek Binford who has over 10 years of experience competing and coaching others in the sport of powerlifting.

Our Powerlifting Team Program Includes:

  • Password access to our private blog to see your workouts, as well post your results and compare yourself to others
  • A 4 day a week semi-individualized program that utlilzes undulating periodization and auto-regulation to increase your total
  • Access to our private Facebook group to ask questions, post training videos, and communicate with team members
  • Email and Facebook messenger access to Coach Binford who will provide video analysis of your lifts
  • Access to great programming, a supportive team, and video analysis, 100% FREE!
  • All we ask is that you post your results in the blog, post your videos on social media and tag us on Instagram @rockwoodathlete and us the hastag #rockwoodathlete.
