Why online coaching?

Online coaching is the wave of the future in the world of fitness. It allows us to help more people, and the cost to the client is a fraction of the cost of on-site personal training. Online coaching also allows you to complete your program where and when you want to train. The coaching comes to you and not the other way around. 

How does it work?

During your initial consultation we with gather details on past training history as well as your future goals. We then develop a program designed to meet your specific goals.

Your program is delivered each week via Fitbot, which is an online app that allows you to see your program, input workout results, and even upload video of your lifts, straight from your phone. Your coach will monitor the results of your workouts and will use those results to plan future training.

You also will have unlimited access to your coach through Fitbot as well as email. We make heavy use of video, email, text, and phone calls because communication is vital to online coaching, so be prepared to communicate with us.

Strength Coaching

Strength is our specialty, and it’s also the base from which all other physical abilities are built. We believe strength training with basic barbell movements should be the first thing implemented into your program. We have experience coaching competitive Powerlifter’s, Weightlifter’s, and CrossFit Athletes, but we also work with busy moms and business professional’s to help them build strength.

As we mentioned above we will develop a plan specifically for you, based on your goals, and the equipment you have access to. Your program will be delivered weekly via Fitbot where you will be expected to input the results of your workouts daily. Video analysis is a very important component of our strength coaching. We will ask that you take daily video of at least one set of the basic barbell movements and send it to us so that we can help you improve technique and perform the movements safely.

Fitness Coaching

Even though we believe that strength training is the most important part of the program, there are some people out there who aren’t comfortable with strength training with barbells, or don’t have access to appropriate equipment to do it safely. We have worked successfully with many people who have access to only dumbbells, medicine balls, cardio equipment, etc.

The program will still be specifically designed with your goals in mind, with the equipment you have access to, and delivered weekly via Fitbot. We do not however require you to submit video of your training, unless you are a CrossFit Athlete. Fitness Coaching can be added onto Strength Coaching at no extra charge.

Nutrition Coaching 

We are believers in flexible dieting, because it is a sustainable life change. If you are looking for a lose weight fast program then we are not the right fit, because we believe in making small sustainable changes that lead to huge results over time. After the initial one week analysis of your nutrition habits we will develop macronutrient totals to help you reach your goals.

With nutrition coaching our goal is to develop a plan, provide guidance to help you make better choices, and weekly analysis of your nutrition habits. We will make small weekly changes and suggestions based on your goals and results for the previous week. Nutrition Coaching can be added onto Strength and Fitness Coaching at no extra charge.
